We know how often questions can come up in the wooden gifts and Canadian cutting boards market, and we’re ready to answer all of them. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

As a Canadian company based in Hamilton Ontario, we ship to Canada, the USA and anywhere else an airplane can fly to that is legally allowed to accept wood.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do accept returns, although it also depends on the item, the issue, and the value of the item. We ask that you contact us before returning anything and let us get an understanding of the problem. We want all our clients to always be 100% satisfied with their purchase, even years down the road.

WHAT WOODS DO YOU USE AND WHY?

We use hard woods as they are less likely to splinter and crack.

These woods can put up with plenty of wear-and-tear, and still remain beautiful to look at, touch and feel.

Examples of hardwood include: Beech, Maple, Rubberwood, Cherry and Walnut.

ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OF REAL WOOD?

YES! We use only 100% natural wood, ethically harvested and sustainably grown. We use only natural wood enhancers like Beeswax and mineral oil to ensure your products are shipped beautiful and will remain that way.

We do suggest that you maintain your product with a mixture of beeswax and mineral oil, or purchase a bottle of the Fat Boys wood enhancer from the store.

ALLERGIES AND WARNINGS

Although very rare and unusual, like any natural product, some people may experience an allergic reaction to a specific wood. Signs of a reaction may include a headache, itchy eyes or a cough.

We recommend that any product that has cracked, or broke in half, be discarded to reduce the risk of splinters and dust.

CAN YOU MAKE SOMETHING USING MY COMPANY LOGO?

Absolutely, custom is our middle name. We enjoy thingy me bobs, and bits and bobs.
